Twende delivery interfaces with you its clientele through its site: www.twende.io and through its mobile app on google play store and apple ios. A request for service can be made on both platforms. All that's required on both platforms is for the client to register. Registration is available for both individuals and businesses.

Yes. Using our online site and mobile application, you can be able to track your shipments. Once a shipment is made upcountry, a QR code is attached to the shipment, that allows for tracking.

Once the system assigns a pickup agent to your shipment/parcel, the agents identity and picture will be displayed on your dashboard. Please don't send your shipment with an agent whose indentification details don't match with the face displayed.

The Dispatcher will contact pick up contact and advise the situation and get confirmation if we should leave parcel with no signature or try to deliver at a later time.

The Twende delivery application generates a proof of delivery code that is only received by the parcel/shipment recipient. This code is to be input into the delivery agents mobile app once delivery is made. With that done, proof of delivery is effected and that will reflect within the sender's account clearing that shipment/parcel as delivered.

Twende delivery is responsible for all shipments in their custody before delivery. Should anything happen to the shipment before delivery is effected, Twende will be responsible for that liability. Twende doesn't take on any liability after delivery.

Our Town delivery and Upcountry delivery services can vary in terms of delivery time. We offer a Town delivery service where an agent will pick up and deliver your package direct with no stops in between; which is usually delivered in under 60 minutes. For the Upcountry delivery services we offer include a 3 hour delivery, a 5 hour delivery, and a 24 hour delivery which would deliver your package before end of business day from when we first received it.

We do value all our clients and apply great diligence in executing our duties as delivery agents, but their are some shipments or parcels that clients classify as sensitive and clients require extra caution and "eyes" on these packages. Twende delivers those items at an extra cost in ensuring their safety and prompt delivery.
